The range GreenMap is apt for atmosphere modified (MAP) and is manufactured with until 90% less than plastic with regard to other thermoformed trays .GreenMap trays are easily recyclable.

• Cardboard 100% virgin and 100% recyclable pertinent of sustainable forests with certificate FSC, that allows a personalización to all colour of very tall quality and give to the tray the maximum rigidity with the minimum possible weight.
• Film Cryovac® of tall quality applied like liner in the tray, to guarantee a perfect packaging without weak points.
• Eyelash totally flat and continuous that adapts perfectly to any line of standard packaging and guarantees a sealed hermetical.
• Fund of the totally flat tray that gives the maximum stability to the tray on any surface.
• Without critical points: the tray does not have unprotected angles in which the liner can present porosidades.
• Saving of materials: the design of the tray from 2 formats of separate cardboard allows to save in the thickness of the cardboard used, supposing an economic and environmental saving direct.
• Without gummed previous: The tray manufactures from 2 formats of cardboard pre-cut, without requiring any previous operation of assembled and encolado, minimising like this the footprint of carbon and saving in time and material.

- The dimensions that offer at present are standard for the alimentary industry: Tray B5 (230×145 mm) in two distinct heights: 25 mm and 50 mm.
