This was a complicated challenge. To produce a functional product that could fulfil its goal, that would not generate problems during its manufacture or use, and that would also be very attractive and original. However, our R&D department, in addition to having an integrated workshop for the manufacture of our moulds and other tools, always manages to turn any customer request into reality.
Overview of our ClickTap system
Our innovative solution is a safe and easy to use sealing system for the food industry.
They are customisable, so you can choose from a range of materials, such as recycled cardboard, sugar cane or any other material that best suits your needs and those of your product. ClickTap is finished with a 100% recycled and 100% recyclable PET lid, a material we are experts at producing.
The system is suitable for foodstuffs. None of its components contain glues or adhesives of any kind, which is why it is 100% recyclable packaging.
